Cyber Security Training

Professional journalists interested in digital media issues and surveillance law can apply for this training.

The European Federation of Journalists (EFJ) and the European Trade Union Institute (ETUI) are hosting the Cyber Security Training for Journalists May 25 to 27 in Leuven, Belgium.

The program will focus on on the ”danger” of the deep web for journalists with a review on national and European legal framework, and the technical aspect of communications.

There are 20 spots available. Participants will receive travel and accommodations, but must pay a registration fee that ranges from EUR45 to EUR180, depending on their country of origin.

The deadline is April 15.
