World Nomads offers scholarship to film in Vietnam
Aspiring documentarians can apply for a mentored working trip to Vietnam.
World Nomads is accepting applications for a travel film scholarship. The winner will spend 10 days in February 2017 documenting the communities of northern Vietnam under the mentorship of filmmaker and director Brian Rapsey.
The fellowship provides airfare, recording gear and and travel insurance. The winner will be expected to produce a short video documentary for the World Nomads site.
Applicants must submit a 3-minute film about an inspirational travel story.
The deadline to apply is Sept. 28.
